        Right now (2006) Southern Lanta is developing the area Southern Lanta Residence for those who wants to live or stay longtime on Koh Lanta. Both villas and apartments are available.

        The Residence villas and apartments are fully equipped for long stay, apartments have their own kitchen, the villa and apartment area has its own swimming pool and service area. And on top of that you can get all the services and facilities you want from the resort.
